Scenario
Several emails sent by your team have included the wrong version of an attachment. The files have similar names and are stored in the same folder. A reminder was sent last week, but another error happened today. No personal data was disclosed, although the recipients received outdated information. You are asked to suggest a practical way to reduce the risk quickly.
Rate the actions
