Scenario
Two offices submit monthly performance figures for the same service. One reports that 82% of cases were completed on time, while the other reports 71%. When combined, the central dashboard shows 76%, but the totals do not reconcile. Each office says its figure is correct. You must provide an accurate summary for a senior meeting tomorrow and can contact both office leads today.
