Scenario
A project plan shows a launch in eight weeks. Delivery depends on legal approval, a data transfer and customer communications, but the owners of those activities have not confirmed their dates. The project manager says the plan is on track because no milestone has yet been missed. A senior leader has asked you for a clear view of whether the launch date remains credible.
