Scenario
Near the end of the month, your manager asks the team to clear as many cases as possible. They suggest that staff could skip the required second-person check on cases that appear straightforward. The guidance says the check is mandatory for this case type. Recent quality reviews have found errors in cases that initially looked simple. The team can reduce some administrative steps without removing the check.
