Scenario
Rina is the senior specialist on a cross-team project. She has started sending corrections to Ahmed's work directly to senior stakeholders without speaking to him first. Some corrections are valid, but her emails make Ahmed appear unreliable and rarely acknowledge what he completed well. Ahmed now asks you to approve every small decision and avoids presenting his own work. Rina says she is protecting quality because the project is high profile. You lead the project and need to restore Ahmed's confidence, protect standards and make sure Rina's expertise remains useful.
