Reopening rule

A closed application may be reopened without a new application where all requested evidence is received within 30 calendar days of closure. Evidence received later requires a new application.

Application closed: 2 July. Reason: proof of income and proof of address not received.

Proof of income and proof of address received: 25 July.

System status

Case reopened on 26 July and marked Pending Review.
