Background

A payment sent to a customer was returned unpaid. You are checking whether the conditions for issuing a replacement have been met.

A returned payment may be reissued once the bank confirms that the original payment was not completed and the customer’s current address has been verified.

Bank notification

Payment reference RP4482 was returned unpaid. No funds were credited to the customer account.

Address check

Current address verified against two approved records on 14 August.

Customer message

Please send a replacement cheque to the same address shown on my application.
