Scenario
A refusal has been drafted because proof of residence was missing. It passed an internal quality check yesterday, but the notice has not been issued. This morning the customer uploads a tenancy agreement covering the relevant period. The system shows the decision as awaiting release. Guidance requires material evidence received before issue to be considered before the decision is finalised.
Rate the actions
For each action, choose Counterproductive, Ineffective, Fairly Effective or Effective.

Pause release, assess the tenancy agreement, revise the decision if the evidence changes the outcome and record why the previously checked draft was reopened.
