A local support group explains that it brings several customers every Tuesday because accessible transport is available only then, and many of those customers cannot use digital services. Your manager says the review is moving quickly and asks you to keep the summary focused on the average figures. You believe the Tuesday pattern could materially affect the decision. You can verify the information with the support group and explain its significance without recommending a final outcome yourself.
