What a strong Grade 7 behaviour statement needs
- A situation with genuine complexity, consequence or ambiguity.
- A clear Grade 7 responsibility and the authority you personally held.
- Decisions and reasoning, including evidence, options, challenge and risk.
- Influence across teams, professions, senior stakeholders or external partners.
- A result that demonstrates wider delivery, public value, service quality, capability or reduced risk.
Keep the action section dominant
