Scenario
Three projects need support from the same small group of analysts. One has a regulatory deadline in six weeks, one is expected to improve a public service, and one is a senior request with no confirmed deadline. Each project plan assumes that the analysts will be available immediately, but none shows the dependencies on the other work. You have been asked to recommend a realistic delivery sequence.
