Why Working Quickly Is Not Enough for Delivering at Pace
Hello,
I am preparing a HEO Delivering at Pace statement about an urgent data return. I worked late, processed the information quickly and submitted it before the deadline with no errors.
The result was positive, but most of the example is about my personal effort. I did not change the deadline and I only had two colleagues helping with separate parts of the return.
Is speed and hard work enough for this behaviour?

Speed supports Delivering at Pace, although the stronger evidence is how you prioritised, organised resources, monitored progress and protected quality under pressure. Personal effort alone can make the example sound like stamina rather than controlled delivery.
