An interpreter has been arranged for a customer appointment. You are checking a possible language mismatch before the appointment takes place.
Information provided
Customer request
I need a Polish interpreter for my appointment. I do not speak enough English to discuss the case without one.
Appointment record
Appointment: Tuesday at 10:00am. Interpreter booking: Romanian.
Booking clerk note
The customer speaks Polish only. The Romanian booking appears to be an input error.
