Test part: Part 2: Effectiveness ratings
Level: Grade 7 / Grade 6
Strength pair: Relationship Builder / Team Leader
Practice focus: Relationship Builder
Difficulty: Medium

Scenario

A partner department is considering leaving a joint programme. Its senior sponsor says key decisions are presented as final before the department is consulted, while your team says the partner takes too long to respond and reopens settled points. A major milestone depends on the partner's data and is now at risk. Both organisations still support the programme's intended outcome.
