Hello,
I am preparing for an EO interview and have one main example for each behaviour. In a mock interview, my Working Together question was about resolving different priorities, but my prepared example was mainly about explaining a process to another team.
I forced the example into the answer and ended up talking about communication rather than the disagreement in the question.
What should I do if this happens in the real interview?
Quick Answer
Pause and answer the question that was actually asked. Use a reserve example where your main one does not contain the required difficulty, or adapt the main example only when the relevant evidence genuinely exists within it.
